You may want to return the product if,
- You received a damaged product - inform us within 15 Days of receiving the product
- You received a defective product - inform us within 15 Days of receiving the product
- We shipped a wrong product - inform us within 15 Days of receiving the product

- Return request send through www.clubbcart.com or Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 033 – 2449 5293 within the timeline mentioned above.
- Return the product unused and in the same condition as you received it, with the original packaging, tags and invoice.
- Once we receive the product, we will provide a replacement or refund your payment if replacement is not possible.
We do not accept returns for:
- Used products or products not returned in the same condition as you received
- If you do not inform within 15 Days.
To return the product:
- Kindly ensure that the product is unused and in the same condition as you received it, with the original packaging, tags and invoice.
